Very slow shipping

Above, it states 2-4 days delivery to 95% of UK postcodes. I live in a very normal residential area with great access. I ordered the bark on 27th March and was notified on 30th March that it was due to be shipped. On 1st April I was notified by the shipping company that it would be delivered on 8th April. That is a total of 13 days, including weekends. Make of this what you will, but I won't be purchasing bark here again.

We apologize for your delayed delivery it should have been made more promptly. During the Easter period the courier system is extremely busy, but unfortunately there are no delivery slots are available from Good Friday 3rd April through to Easter Monday 6th April

Great product. Delivered promptly. Only problem was we were expecting a 7.5T lorry and it was a 18T and struggled to turn round in our drive Ok in the end
