Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to most of the UK mainland. If you live in The Highlands, Isle of Man or any other offshore UK territory please call us on 01767 834011 for a delivery quote.
How much does it cost?
When ordering from our site in all cases the prices you see includes free delivery to most of the mainland UK. However, there are some postcodes we cannot deliver to.
Please see the table below to check to see if the first part of your postcode is listed. If your postcode is not listed we may still be able to deliver to you, just call us on 01767 834011 for a quote.
How do we deliver?
We use a national pallet network to deliver the majority of our products. All goods are delivered on a wooden pallet.
Most products are delivered on pallets in which case lorries are used and a curbside delivery only can be guaranteed. We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows. It is not possible to move pallets over loose surfaces or lifted over any steps, so please check before ordering. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.
Please be aware that we can not deliver on to gravel drives as we are unable to pull pallets over the gravel. In cases where we can drop the pallet straight on to the gravel drive, we will endeavour to deliver.
Any orders to be returned to us must be notified to us by telephone. If the products are already in transit there will be charge of a minimum of £39.25 + vat per pallet, or the actual cost of delivering and returning the goods via the Pall-Ex pallet distribution network. If the goods have to be returned because of poor access or any other reason for not being able to drop the goods then the cost of delivery will be charged for both the outward and return delivery.
How do we notify you about the delivery date?
Once your order has been received a member of our team will process the order and allocate a delivery date. We will then call you within 24 hours to notify you of the chosen delivery date and make sure it is convenient for you to receive your order on the given date.

We use a national pallet distribution network to deliver our products. The companies we use are part of the Pallet track and Palletways pallet distribution services.
