Nationwide Delivery

We provide nationwide delivery, direct to sites, and supply local authorities, schools, amenities, and landscaping and private sector industries, such as garden centres and farm shops. All of the wood and bark products are produced from 100% natural, clean, renewable, environmentally friendly sources. All of our play areas surfaces such as our bark and wood chip products are tested to BSEN 1177 standards and all certificates are available on request.

How we deliver

We use a national pallet network to deliver the majority of our products. The following goods are delivered on a non-returnable wooden pallet: 

• Bark 
• Compost
• woodchip

Most products are delivered on pallets in which case 18-tonne lorries with tail lift (about dust cart size) are used and this is made on a kerbside delivery basis. We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows and by prior arrangement.

• This will be subject to the driver/courier’s discretion at the point of delivery. As a pallet trolley is used to unload It is not possible to move pallets over loose surfaces or lifted over any steps, hedges or fences so please check before ordering. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.
• Please be aware that we cannot deliver on to gravel drives as we are unable to pull pallets over the gravel. In cases where we can unload the pallet straight on to the gravel drive, we will endeavour to deliver.
• We do not have vehicles available with cranes and forklifts

Please ensure there is adequate area and access for the vehicle to unload as a failed delivery could incur a charge.
